An illustration showcasing one of my original characters. J.C. Leyendecker and his distinctive painting style have long inspired me, and I aimed to encapsulate that essence in this piece.

I have composed two studies for a color theory assignment, focusing on depth perception and flatness by using different hues, shades, and warm and cool tones. Being familiar with collage, I took that to my advantage in the flat study.
